Actors we want to play Iceman in the MCU

When it comes to leading members of the X-Men, Iceman is definitely a fascinating character. From his abilities to his personality, this is one mutant that is hard to ignore.

However, sometimes I think people forget that Iceman is actually a founding member of the X-Men, so when it comes to casting, we need someone amazing to step into the role. We want an actor who can step into this role and make people believe that he is a leader of mutants. And of course, we want someone who has what it takes to even have their own movie (if that was even an option).

In general, Iceman is able to create ice with his body. He has the ability to manipulate ice and create it, as well as using ice to cover his body in a form of protection. Basically, he has a unique gift associated with ice and water and it is one that is hard to deny in terms of power.

And while Shawn Ashmore definitely did what he could to make the role his own in the past, it always feels like his character never got enough screentime. In fact, I almost wish he could be given a second chance to make Iceman come alive on our screens.

That being said, I think there are quite a few actors who could step into the role of Iceman and make it their own. So who all has what it takes to help build up the X-Men for the MCU? And who has what it takes to be an icy scene stealer overall?
