Eugene Porter

Eugene ended his story on The Walking Dead possibly happier than he had ever been in his life. Finally finding love in Max, it was revealed that the pair had a daughter one year after the leadership at the Commonwealth changed hands – a daughter who he named after Rosita.

Even after suffering a great deal of loss in his life, Eugene had found happiness in a world that didn’t want him (or anyone) to. While he no doubt still lends his expertise in just about everything to those in need, there likely won’t be any reason for him to return to our TV screens in the immediate future.

None of the characters currently located in the Commonwealth have any reason to show up on any of the first seasons of the spinoffs right now. That’s not to say they won’t in the future (and we certainly wouldn’t rule it out), but for now, Eugene can live his life with his family in peace and who could blame him?
