Marvel: 6 actors we want to see play the next Quicksilver in the MCU

1. Will Poulter

One of the best things that happened in season 2 of The Bear was the reminder that Will Poulter is right there! Honestly, his time in Guardians of the Galaxy wasn’t enough for us. While it might seem complicated to take an already established MCU character and use that same actor for another role, it has absolutely happened in the past.

Will Poulter is a perfect Quicksilver for so many reasons. He has a look about him that makes us think that he could be a perfect villain turned superhero. We have seen him in roles that are serious, funny, and of course heroic. And that is everything we need for the role of the newest Quicksilver.

Poulter is a brilliant actor and he has a charisma and charm about him that is hard to ignore or resist. His single episode of The Bear was so well done that it resonated long after the season was over. And he got us talking. He reminded us that I am here and I can be a scene stealer. It was the reminder we needed, especially since so many people on social media were shocked by his appearance in the episode, and letting the world know that he deserved to return in season 3. (And yes, there were a lot of social media posts about how he used to be the “guy with the eyebrows.”)

Honestly, Will Poulter would bring so much to the X-Men and he deserves the opportunity to shine even brighter for the MCU.
