Supergirl introduced us to plenty of super characters over the years, but which ones are the best (and which ones weren’t so super after all)?

It’s been nearly a decade since the Girl of Steel first soared onto our screens in CBS’ Supergirl. Wild, I know! Especially since she has spent most of that decade still on our screens, taking down bad guys and spreading hope across the Arrowverse.

The show’s move to The CW might have robbed us of some of those beautiful Los Angeles exterior shots, but it did widen the show’s world up to even more characters, as many of its most beloved characters arrived after the first season – including a plethora of other heroes from the various other Arrowverse shows.

Yes, Kara Danvers was at the heart of Supergirl, but she was surrounded by so many great characters as well, and there is no denying that we fell in love with them as well.

The show may have concluded in 2021, but let’s take this opportunity to celebrate everything (and everyone) that it gifted us with, as we look back at its six-season run and rank all of the main characters from worst to best.
