7. Emma Frost

Emma Frost, the sassy telepathic diamond queen we adored in the comics, got a raw deal from Fox’s movie versions. Imagine this: in the comics, she’s not just a bad guy; she’s a layered character with a killer journey. She starts as an ice-cold villain but warms up to being an anti-hero we root for. She can mess with minds and has skin tougher than my uncle’s grilled steak, sorry Unc.

Unfortunately, Fox tossed her backstory aside like an old diaper. Then, X-Men: Days of Future Past hits, and we’re all excited about January Jones playing a version of Emma Frost. Sadly, Emma’s blander than plain toast. Her depth, her brains, her pivotal role in the Phoenix Saga? All vanished like a magician’s trick.

Oh, and the diamond form? You know, the one that screams unbreakable and fabulous? Fox barely even showcases it. And let’s not even talk about her sizzling dynamic with Cyclops – because Fox didn’t either.

It’s like Fox put Emma in a superhero blender set to bland, serving us a watered-down version of a character we adored or hated for years. Emma Frost deserved better, Fox could care less. Let’s hope the MCU does.
