6. Iceman

Bobby Drake, the ice-cool mutant, kicked off with promise, even if they got his backstory all sorts of frosty. In the comics, he was an original X-Men member – a big deal, right?

He shared a bromance with Beast, practically being peas in a mutant pod. But Fox’s franchise had other plans; they skipped the buddy memo. In their version, Bobby and Beast could’ve been strangers in a grocery store.

Picture this: in the comics, Bobby was tight with the OG X-Men crew. Jean, Storm, Cyclops – they were practically his ride-or-die squad. But in Fox’s universe? They treated him like that cousin you sorta know at family gatherings. He wasn’t chilling with the cool kids – he wasn’t even part of the older crew that rocked Jean Grey, Storm, and Cyclops. Talk about a cold shoulder.

Hold onto your frosty beverages, it gets icier. Our dude Bobby Drake, who happens to be one of the few Omega-level mutants (yeah, that’s big-league power), got shoved into a romance plot with Rogue. It gave him a bit of the spotlight, sure. But here’s where it goes downhill faster than a snowball on a summer day – he was shuffled to the sidelines faster than you can say “icy misstep.”
