4. Robert Pattinson and Barry Keoghan

It’s pretty wild that within the span of one scene, Robert Pattinson and Barry Keoghan managed to deliver a more dynamic and compelling Batman and Joker dynamic than Ben Affleck and Jared Leto delivered across their full runs in the roles.

While their scene is brief in nature, the chemistry between Pattinson’s Dark Knight and Keoghan’s Joker is truly magical. The way they play off one another in the scene immediately left audiences eager to see what Reeves can achieve when the time comes for Joker to step into the spotlight with a larger starring role as Batman’s main foil.

It’s clear that Keoghan’s Joker has the potential to be unlike any Joker we’ve seen adapted on the big screen before. There is a darkness within his Joker that is truly chilling. The way he plays off of Pattinson’s Batman in the brief scenes the pair shared hints that this duo could deliver some of the greatest moments we’ve seen from the Dark Knight and Clown Prince of Crime ever.

If the deleted Arkham scene from the film is any indication of what’s to come, there is no denying this duo could eventually cement their place among the all-time greats. And we can’t wait to see their rivalry explored further!
