So, remember that edge-of-your-seat, cliffhanging, absolutely mind-bending ending of Marvel’s best horror movie ever, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness? Of course you do!

How could one forget Doctor Strange casually strolling through New York City only for a third eye to present itself on his forehead? Other than a major headache, it looks like the sorcerer now has a deadline. Literally.

Charlize Theron’s Clea and her ominous message in the post-credit scene has had Marvel fans around the globe inhaling the comic books and online forums for any hint about any details or missing links to unlock the potential story of Doctor Strange 3. Rumors are all around as fans wonder how Doctor Strange will factor into the upcoming Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.

But according to a new report from Cosmic Circus, Doctor Strange 3 is not just happening, it’s could adapt the comic event known as Time Runs Out.

As revealed in The Cosmic Circus’ report, Doctor Strange 3 could continue from the exact moment that Clea shows up from another dimension. She’s also reportedly set to be a member of the organization known as The Black Priests, whose HQ sits between two dead universes in a place called the Nothing Space of Destroyed Universes.

Perfect place to not go to for vacation.

The movie will supposedly drop the bombshell that the Multiverse is currently dying. Who’s digging its grave? Stephen Strange.

Following Christine Palmer from Earth-838’s ominous research from Multiverse of Madness, it seems Stephen Strange is not just a sorcerer but the common denominator in universe-demolishing incursions.

So, yes, that’s a lot to digest! And it leaves us with plenty of question for the potential sequel.

Excited? Me, too, But do keep in mind that all these potential tidbits were dropped before the strikes began, so things could very well change, if they happen at all. We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Doctor Strange 3.

Until anything is confirmed, though, we can totally daydream about what the story could be and how it’ll shape up. If anything, it sounds very exciting indeed.
