Hold onto your straw hats: The One Piece live-action series is a mere hours away from dropping on Netflix.

Put on your straw hats, grab your meat, and get ready to set sail into the anime realm……… Skeptically, of course. The countdown to Netflix’s adaptation of the giant anime hit One Piece is coming in just a few hours!

Oh, what did I mean by skeptically? I say that because it is Netflix attempting to adapt yet another beloved IP of ours into a live-action series. It… hasn’t quite worked out in their favor so far (Cowboy Bebop, Bleach, and Death Note were not quite as good or well-received as they might have hoped).

But when is it coming out? Let’s find out.

How many episodes are there in One Piece season 1?

The first season will have eight hour-long episodes, which means a proper 8-hour binge is in the cards. My advice? Take Friday off.

Where can I watch One Piece?

You can watch One Piece on Netflix with a Netflix subscription.

What Manga arcs will One Piece cover?

Based on trailers and promotional nuggets, One Piece will cover the entire East Blue Saga. That’s everything from “Romance Dawn” to potentially “Loguetown.” Netflix has even dropped the names of all episodes, with titles like “The Girl With the Sawfish Tattoo.”

So, get ready for a journey that promises action, drama, and perhaps most importantly—adventure! Will you be tuning in?

Happy watching!
