8. H.P. Wells

Harrison “H.P.” Wells made his presence felt in the fourth season of The Flash when Cisco recruited the council of Harrisons to help Harry. As we’ve mentioned already, the Council of Harrisons was known for being more in touch with their feelings than the Council of Wells, and you might not find a better example of that than H.P. Wells.

A French poet, he’s an incredibly cheery character with quite the zest for life. He’s very warm and funny at the same time, choosing to recite a poem as his way of introducing himself and attempting to get Harry to open up and share his feelings.

It was honestly a joy to watch H.P. work, and Cavanagh was clearly having the time of his life playing him.

Oh, and the poem he recited, “Bread”, is hilarious.

7. Harrison “Wolfgang” Wells

Harrison “Wolfgang” Wells originated from Earth-12 and let us tell you, he’s a character. The owner of four PhDs and an author, he first appeared briefly in the fourth season as a member of Harry’s Council of Wells.

Moody, dramatic, and as arrogant as they come, he had little time for questions and was very unpleasant to be around. That is, unless you’re part of The Flash Family. When he resurfaced in season 5, he was so excitable to meet Barry, Iris, and Nora West-Allen, and those two minutes in which Cavanagh brought him to life were absolutely exhilarating to watch.

The star really had fun with this one, and even though Wolfgang Wells didn’t appear all that often, he always made a memorable impression.
