15. Behrad Tarazi

Behrad may be the most surprising addition to the Legends in the show’s seven-year run. He showed up out of the blue in the season 4 finale when Zari’s decision to change the timeline brought him back from the dead. There was no introduction. He was just there, as though he already had history with the Legends – because in this timeline, he did. We just didn’t see it play out.

The jarring introduction worked out really well, because that meant he had to prove himself right out of the gate in season 5 – something that Shayan Sobhian did with ease. In this timeline, Behrad was a hero, but he was also a fun-loving, good time-having dude that got on extremely well with all of the Legends and was just a lot of fun to be around.

If you really want to know how beloved he had become in such a short space of time, his temporary death towards the end of season 5 had the Legends fans in meltdown because they had grown quite fond of Behrad. And it was easy to see why, because he was a super great guy with a big heart and a lovely singing voice. His bond with the new Zari was one of the best explorations of a sibling dynamic across the whole Arrowverse (especially when she joined the team on the Waverider) and he was just such a great presence on the show.

Honestly, we wish he had arrived sooner (or that Legends, you know, lasted longer).
