The TWD Universe grew with its newest spinoff, but that’s just the beginning of this adventure. When does The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon episode 2 come out?

Daryl Dixon has returned to TV screens for the first time in a year. Yes, 10 months after the conclusion of The Walking Dead‘s incredible 11-season run, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon brings back the beloved survivor for a tale much more ambitious than anything the TWD Universe has tackled before.

The series premiered on Sunday, September 17, with its debut episode, which sees Daryl arrive on the shores of France. How he got there is still unclear, but what is clear is his determination to find more people, more survivors, like him and his group at the Commonwealth. That brought him to The Abbey, where he met Sister Isabelle and a young boy named Laurent.

If you’ve seen the premiere of Daryl Dixon, you’ll know that this story is just getting started. And if you’re ready for the next episode, here’s when you can expect The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon episode 2.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon episode 2 release date

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon episode 2, titled “Alouette”, will air on AMC on Sunday, September 17 at 9:00 p.m. ET, 6:00 p.m. PT, 8:00 p.m. CT, and 7:00 p.m. MT. If you’re watching on AMC+, the episode will also premiere next Sunday, but it will be made available at 3:00 a.m. ET, 12:00 a.m. PT, 2:00 a.m. CT, and 1:00 a.m. MT.

Previous TWD spinoff Dead City would unveil its episodes on AMC+ three days earlier (and it went on to become the biggest AMC+ original of all time), so it’s unclear why the network decided to change the release format for Daryl Dixon. Nevertheless, subscribers can still watch each episode almost a full day earlier than its cable television premiere.
