12. Two-Face

When you think about the big bads in Batman’s world after the Joker, Two-Face, aka Harvey Dent, is the next name that comes to mind. While he’s hard to look at, he’s easily one of the coolest villains in DC Comics. The dude was so cool that only one man had enough suave to play him, Billy Dee Williams. Unfortunately, we never got to see Mr. Williams play the other half of Gotham City’s District Attorney.

Two-Face’s struggle with his dual nature is what makes him interesting, to say the least. On one side, he’s a good guy struggling to deal with the corruption of Gotham City. He’s an ally of Commissioner Jim Gordon and understands the value of having Batman striking fear into criminals. On the flip side, there’s his evil counterpart who hates the idea of being a good guy. What has it done for Harvey? Oh yeah, acid was tossed in his face, turning him into a madman.

His struggles with duality often lead him to make decisions by doing one thing: flipping a coin. Dent is a fashionable psychopath who leaves his decisions to chance, that’s what makes him one of the most unpredictable and coolest characters in DC Comics.
