Doom Patrol season 4 part 2 FINALLY gets a release date and trailer

Part 2 of the final season of Doom Patrol has finally gotten a release date and it’s sooner than you think.

It’s been almost a year since fans last saw Doom Patrol and it was an unfortunate ending. Crazy Jane, Robotman, Mr. Negative, and Cyborg are captured by the followers of Immortus. They’re also aging at an accelerated rate. Meanwhile, Elastic-Girl and Madame Rouge deal with how their past caused the coming of Immortus.

If Doom Patrol would have ended there, fans may have been upset. There are so many questions that need answering.

What’s next now that members of the Doom Patrol are aging? Will they regain their youth or die of old age? Is the Butt-Zombie Apocalypse of forgone conclusion? Thankfully, viewers will get answers. Not only is the second half of the series finale coming, but it’s also happening Thursday, October 12. Not only that, there’s a trailer as well.

The trailer for the second half of Doom Patrol‘s final season showed all of the shenanigans that fans are used to seeing. For example, Cliff (Robotman) is still sarcastic, Jane is still dealing with her insecurities, and the Zombie Butts are still a problem. However, there could be some happiness involved.

The team will attempt to get their youth back and they’re motivated to make it happen. It appears that Jane and Mr. Negative may finally find love. Something neither of them have had. Nevertheless, if you know the show, there’s no way this doesn’t conclude with random hijinx and possible tragedies.

With HBO/Max and Warner Bros. making cuts and canceling shows, Doom Patrol’s future was up in the air. Reports said that the DC Comics show wasn’t on the chopping block, but that could have changed. Thankfully, this was one of the shows that survived. The acting, character development, and stories have been perfect. This writer believes that the series finale and everything leading up to it will be as well.
