Hulk: All of the Mark Ruffalo Marvel movies and shows ranked worst to best

1. Thor: Ragnarok
Thor: Ragnarok is my favorite of all the Marvel movies, and of all the Mark Ruffalo Marvel movies, it’s simply the best. It’s easily the best of the Thor movies. I love Taika Waititi’s approach in this movie, and we finally catch back up with Bruce Banner/Hulk following the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron, which were pretty tough on Hulk fans. This character has not had it easy, and Hulk still doesn’t have it easy by any means in Thor: Ragnarok, but it’s so different and so much fun. How could we not love it?
In Thor: Ragnarok, Hulk is in the gladiator pits on Sakaar, and he’s winning a lot! When Thor and Loki crashland on the planet, Thor meets Hulk in the pits, and they fight it out. They spend a lot of time together, and eventually, Hulk helps Thor get off the planet and back to Asgard where they fight and defeat Hela.
The Thor-Hulk dynamic in Ragnarok is one of the best parts of this movie and of any of the Marvel movies. Their rivalry is incredible, and there are so many great moments in this movie. We also get to see a lot of Hulk as Bruce Banner and Hulk continue to duke it out over who is in control. It’s a very vulnerable place for Hulk and Banner, but it eventually paves the way to the partnership we see in the more recent Avengers movies.
