After we’ve seen Doctor Strange navigate the Multiverse of Madness, a new imaginative fan poster promises another strange adventure. 

After the awesome conclusion of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, our screens were surprisingly blessed as Clea made her unexpected debut in the MCU.

With Doctor Strange’s recent multiverse adventure, Clea’s sudden request for assistance left us all at the edge of our seats, already hyped for a third movie. As they zapped into the enigmatic Dark Dimension, they left us all wondering: when will this magical duo resurface?

After Clea approaches Doctor Strange in Multiverse of Madness for assistance against a universe-colliding incursion, we are all eager to know where this will lead. The upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars, which won’t be arriving any time soon, is shaping up to be a gathering of heroes from the multiverse, all uniting to stop these incursions, which inevitably leads us back to our very own Doctor Strange.

Well, thanks to a wonderful fan art poster, we have some more fuel to keep our excited brains on the Doctor Strange train.

Benedict Cumberbatch and Charlize Theron unite in Doctor Strange 3 fan poster

The gorgeous fan poster, brought to life by artist MJD Artworks, showcases three pivotal characters for this next chapter in the Doctor Strange franchise.

First, there’s our familiar hero, Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. Next, we have Benedict Wong’s character, Wong, the current MCU’s Sorcerer Supreme. Last, but by no means least, is Charlize Theron’s Clea. In the comics, Clea holds the title of the Sorcerer Supreme of the Dark Dimension.

While Marvel Studios hasn’t made any formal announcements about the third installment of Doctor Strange’s franchise, it’s safe to assume that any official news might take a tad longer than expected due to the delays caused by the writers’ and actors’ strikes.

Delays have been the name of the game for numerous Marvel and non-Marvel projects alike, pushing back filming and production schedules. But, in this sea of uncertainty, there are still talks of Doctor Strange 3 development and its potential plot.

To give you a sneak peek of what could possibly be on the cards, there have been reports that Doctor Strange 3 might go into the “Time Runs Out” storyline from the Marvel comics. In this storyline, the Illuminati are pursued by the Avengers for a heinous act: destroying another world to spare their own from an impending incursion. If this is correct and an adaptation of “Time Runs Out” comes to fruition, Doctor Strange 3 promises to be a huge installment that would lead right into the MCU’s Multiverse Saga finale.

While much about Doctor Strange 3‘s production or details still remain uncertain, one thing’s for sure: the future of Doctor Strange in the MCU is looking magically promising and exciting.
