The most recent episode of Loki (titled “1893”) showed where Ravonna has been since she left the TVA. She and Miss Minutes were putting Victor Timely in place to replace He Who Remains. Unfortunately for her, it didn’t work out.

First, Ravonna was betrayed by both Miss Minute and Victor Timely. When she returned to them, Loki, Mobius, and Syvlie showed up. Loki and Mobius take Timely to prevent the destruction of the TVA. That left Ravonna with Sylvie.

Instead of pruning Ravonna, Sylvie sent her to the end of time. A fate that could be crueler than death. However, when she arrived, Ravonna reactivated Miss Minutes. Before the episode ends, Miss Minutes tells Ravonna that she has a secret for her. Hopefully, we’ll find out what that is in episode 4.

Episode 4 of Loki should focus heavily on Miss Minutes’ secret. If it’s like the comics, Ravonna could discover she’s a variant of Kang. There was a time when she posed as Kang. This storyline could be altered and used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If so, it will drastically change the direction of the MCU. Maybe there are an untold amount of Kangs that are Ravonna. What if she’s the version that He Who Remains warned Loki and Sylvie about? This could be Marvel’s way of stepping away from Jonathan Majors.

Or, and here’s something to kick around, what if Victor Timely is He Who Remains before he becomes all-powerful? It would explain why Timely was picked to receive the TVA handbook. He’s ensuring his destiny. This would also clarify why Miss Minutes reacted to Victor Timely with obsession. She’s too logical to act like that for someone she doesn’t know.
