Loki season 2 episode 6 release date: When does the finale come out?
By Mark Lynch
There is just one more episode left of Loki season 2. Here’s when you can expect the sixth episode, a.k.a. the season finale, to premiere.
Episode 4 of Loki focused more on everyone except the God of Mischief. First, Ravonna Renslayer found out that she’s the reason He Who Remains won his war. Ravonna led He Who Remains’ army, and in return, he had her mind erased. Obviously, this infuriated her. More than that, Miss Minutes wanted Ravonna to know what happened. Not because she felt her colleague needed the information. She wanted revenge.
Miss Minutes hates He Who Remains and Victor Timely. Neither of them ever gave her a body or loved her like she did them. This forced her to manipulate Ravonna and kill General Dox and her followers. A scene that’s more brutal than what we’re used to seeing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Even though Miss Minutes was taken offline and Ravonna was pruned, we haven’t seen the last of them. First, Loki pruning himself must be connected to Ravonna. She has information needed to save the TVA. They may realize that taking her off board was premature. At the end of this season, Ravonna will probably end up running the TVA.
As for Miss Minutes, it would be shocking if she didn’t have a backup of herself. She’s smart enough to have a contingency plan in case she’s removed from the TVA servers. Fans may not see her again until a mid or end-credit scene. Maybe one of the Kang variants gives her a body in exchange for her help.
All of time is on the line ahead of the Loki season 2 finale, and here’s when you can expect it to stream on Disney Plus.
When does Loki season 2 episode 6 come out?
Loki season 2 episode 6 will arrive on Disney Plus next Thursday, November 9, at 9:00 p.m. ET, 6:00 p.m. PT, 8:00 p.m. CT, and 7:00 p.m. MT. This is also the season 2 finale, so expect big things to happen.
This is the same timeslot that the series has unveiled new episodes in throughout its whole season 2 run, so it makes sense that it’s doing the same for its finale. The show was the first of Marvel Studios’ MCU series to be released during primetime and it has seemingly paid off, so don’t be surprised if we see more shows arrive in the same timeslot in the future.
Loki‘s second season has been all about saving the timeline and the countless branches that were created as the result of Sylvie’s actions in the season 1 finale. The TVA’s attempt to repair The Loom wasn’t exactly successful, and it changed all of time beyond recognition. Now, the gang must figure out if that is a good thing for the timeline or a bad thing.
Are you looking forward to Loki season 2 episode 6? What do you think will go down in the finale?
