2. Wonder Woman defeats an army

Comic book: Wonder Woman No. 1 by Tom King

Issue No. 1 of Tom King’s Wonder Woman was a perfect start to what will be the best comic book of the next five or more years. Issue No. 2 followed that up with Wonder Woman defeating an army by herself. Has she done this before? Yes, she has. The difference here is she did it with a flair that only Wonder Woman possesses.

Tanks couldn’t stop her. Aerial assaults didn’t concern her. The combination of both seemed to be laughable. No matter what was thrown at her, the goddess shrugged off. She didn’t even have her sword. She gave it back to the Amazonians in fear that she might use it.

In the end, all SGT. Steel could only yell as he was defeated again. Wonder Woman warned him in issue No. 1. he should have listened.

1. Kingpin to speak up

Comic book: Uncanny Avengers No. 3 by Gerry Duggan

The mutants of the world are looked at as killers. Orchis made it seem like they killed world leaders and representatives at the Hellfire Gala. For months, no one has stepped up to say otherwise. Now, it looks like Wilson Fisk will be the one to set the record straight by talking to Ben Urich and the Daily Bugle.

Wilson Fisk was one of the few humans to avoid death during the Mutant Massacre on Krakoa. Why he’s been silent is easy to figure out. He didn’t gain anything from it. Steve Rogers must have promised him something to get him to talk. Whatever it is, it’s doubtful that it’ll change anything. The Kingpin’s word isn’t exactly reliable.
