3. Arya should’ve completed her kill list

Remember the hell the Starks went through, and how Arya fought her way into our hearts amid all of the tragedy? We were made to believe she was going to go through her list of kills. She trained to become No One, with the ability to change faces. And while we loved to see her work, killing the Night King wasn’t the only ending the writers promised us. Throughout her journey, Arya kept the names of those who wronged her family, and for a while, she continued to kill them off. But the writers seemingly forgot about the list when it came to Cersei.

Instead of having Arya kill Cersei using her newfound skills, she was a forgotten character in a plot that once seemed to lend itself to a showdown between the two. Heck, even Cersei actress Lena Headey wanted this to happen.

With that said, imagine an ending where Arya killed Jaime off-screen, taking his face, and leading Cersei away from danger only to stab her in the heart. With wide tearing eyes, Cersei would drop to the knees of her lover, only for the camera to pan up and show it was Arya on the other end of the blade. Arya would say the name “Cersei Lannister” out loud, the final name on her list, and would leave the dying queen to get crushed under the rubble of her falling kingdom. Wouldn’t that be great?
