Since its inception in 2012, Arrow and the many spin-offs it produced have introduced us to a large number of characters. Across the likes of Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow, heroes, villains, policemen, criminals, and even ordinary people have all featured over the years. However, if there is one thing superheroes guarantee, it’s trouble — they’ll always find themselves doing battle with a certain evil-doer.
