4. Kara Danvers – Supergirl

At first, Supergirl was not the greatest fighter, but she grew into one of the best fighters in the Arrowverse. Kara Danvers kept her powers a secret for many years and allowed her cousin to be the hero the Earth needed. But when her sister was on a plane that was going to crash into National City, she sprang into action and revealed herself to the world.

From that moment on, she teamed up with the DEO to protect her city from alien life and anyone else who meant to cause it harm. One of the first things she did as part of her orientation with the DEO was a sparring match with Alex. The field was leveled somewhat with a Kryptonite infusion in the room and Alex easily came out on top. As she worked with the DEO, Kara continued to train with her sister and improve her fighting skills.

The ultimate proof that Kara had become a highly capable fighter was when she defeated her cousin in combat. Though Superman was affected by Silver Kryptonite, Kara was able to keep her calm and find a way to defeat him – a significant achievement as Superman was in no way holding back during the battle.
