Skyfall is the third of Craig’s Bond movies, and it’s so much better than Quantum of Solace, the movie it followed in Craig’s run as 007. Skyfall is, maybe, Craig’s best performance as Bond, and it’s easily one of my favorite Bond movies.

In Skyfall, MI6, the seemingly untouchable intelligence agency, sees its headquarters in London attacked. Agents all over the world are killed, as well, and James Bond races against the clock to find out who is responsible and why they attacked MI6. The answer isn’t too far from home.

Skyfall is epic! There’s obviously some debate about Javier Bardem’s Raoul Silva, the film’s villain, and how exactly he’s able to pull off such a sophisticated plan against some, I will say, worthy adversaries in M, Bond, and MI6. Overall, though, this is one of the most enjoyable Bond films of all time from an action perspective. It’s stunning in that regard, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back to Bond movies.
