After he gets his revenge, Rick is in a haze. The majority of his adult life was spent trying to kill Rick Prime. At that time, he hadn’t thought about much else. Sure, there were some adventures in between plotting, but everything led to that moment. Thankfully, fans won’t have to wait long to see what’s next. The cold opening for episode 6 (that you can see below) jumps right into Rick and Morty’s next adventure.

This will be a classic Rick and Morty episode. Hopefully, they’ll go to a bunch of different planets and universes. The show is going to need something upbeat after the previous emotional ending. Just don’t expect Morty to avoid the conversation of what he just went through.
