13. Jingle All The Way

If there was ever an award for the most underrated holiday movie, it belongs to Jingle All The Way. No, it doesn’t feature an Academy Award-worthy script or larger-than-life special effects, but it does have the one thing that all good holiday movies should: Heart.

Schwarzenegger is joined by Sinbad in the film which sees two fathers attempt to track down the in-demand Turboman action figure that they both promised their kids for Christmas. With less than 24 hours to go until Christmas Day, hilarity ensues as the pair desperately search for the figure in store after store, trying to outwit each other every darn time.

Jingle All The Way is so silly. It’s shake your head with a smirk silly. But it’s also unbelievably funny, further showcasing just how good Arnold is at comedy. He provides us with some of his best work here, from “Put That Cookie Down Now!” to “He Got Two!”, and you can see that he’s having the time of his life in each and every scene.

This movie doesn’t get enough love. It’s time we changed that. So go on, put it on this Christmas and laugh your heart out at this good old-fashioned senseless fun.
