The crossover event DC K.O. has been a hit. The creative team has shown readers upsets in each round, with the victors winning in ways that made sense. Now, we’re down to the final competitors. And with Darkseid (in the body of Booster Gold) bringing Absolute Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman into the mix, you have to wonder what the chances are for the remaining parties.
That's what we're here for, as we will give you the odds of each one of them and why they’re either high or low.
The Joker
Likelihood of winning: 0/10
This isn’t a question of if the Clown Prince of Crime loses. It’s just a matter of how it happens and who does the deed. Hopefully, Batman Prime’s return to the tournament will lead to The Joker’s loss.
Not only does the Dark Knight owe the villain a receipt for killing him in round one, but he also killed Jason Todd. And we know that The Joker will brag about it to throw Bruce off his game. Too bad that won’t work. Plus, since killing the Joker in this tournament won’t be a stain on his legacy, fans will probably, finally get to see Bruce get the most satisfying kill in comic book history.

Wonder Woman
Likelihood of winning: 5/10
While I don’t believe that Wonder Woman will win, it’s not impossible. Diana has played this game better than any of the heroes without giving up the parts that make her a hero. The biggest was picking Barda in the previous round to learn about the Heart of Darkseid. That could be the key to her victory.
The one thing that stops me from believing she can win is that her vision of the world wouldn’t be something that works in DC Comics, and it’s doubtful that she’d see things the way Superman does.

Batman
Likelihood of winning: 8/10
You may be confused by this, but Bruce Wayne will return in the final issue of DC K.O. During issue No. 3 of Knightfight, the Heart of Darkseid said it would allow him back in the tournament if he survives his challenges. And, let’s be honest, we know Batman will pass the test.
As much as Batman would love to change the world, he’s too logical. All he’ll think about is how he’s cheated everyone. It’s like Lois said to Clark in this issue: Bruce wants people to lose because it builds character. Changing the world in his image does nothing. However, don’t be shocked if he wins and uses the power to bring Alfred back.

Superman
Likelihood of winning: 9.5/10
If I had to pick one person to win this, it would be the Man of Steel. This story seems to have been about Superman from the beginning. Everything from the game night with Bruce and Diana to the monologued story that the Heart of Darkseid is telling points to him being the main character. It also makes sense since Superman will be missing when DC K.O. ends.
However, all that being said, there is another person who could end up winning it all. And that person - the next person - is the sleeper pick.

Lex Luthor
Likelihood of winning: 9/10
Lex Luthor has been teasing and going all out against his nemesis, Kal-El, since the beginning of the tournament. And while it would be the typical thing for Superman to defeat Lex, writers Scott Snyder and Joshua Williamson have been throwing curveballs since the first issue. The biggest swerve would be Luthor winning, him using Superman’s vision to reset the world, but making sure the universe doesn’t have Kal-El to save it. It would be his way to show everyone that they don’t need Superman to save the day.
