The two-episode premiere of VisionQuest did a brilliant job of recapping things. Viewers were reminded of what happened to Vision after WandaVision and that he isn’t the same character who died in Avengers: Infinity War. He’s the one created by S.W.O.R.D. who left Westview, New Jersey, to learn who he was supposed to be.
Within all the recapping is the introduction of Vision’s AI companions and his son, Tommy. There was also the return of fan-favorite villain Ultron, who made his presence felt by helping the villain and bounty hunter Paladin find Vision.
The most important part of the VisionQuest was that Paladin found a way to power Vision down a bit. That’s a feat that shouldn’t be possible since he’s super-intelligent and has a vibranium hull. What this does is put Paladin on a more even playing field throughout the rest of the series, thus making things more interesting.

What to expect in the next episode of VisionQuest
Vision and Tommy are on the run from Paladin, and there's no JARVIS around to help them. Without his head of security to facilitate things, EDITH and FRIDAY will have to step up. Ultron is still around, but his support will come in the form of cynical, yet helpful advice.
The thing to watch for is how Tommy reacts to learning that his visions were real. Sadly, that doesn’t mean the panic attacks will stop or that he’ll immediately get a grasp of how his powers work. That will take time and a lot of growth that can only come from the helping hand of his father, Vision.
