The previous episode of My Adventures with Superman was one of the most brutal of the season. Lois and Clark’s kids from an alternate timeline, Jonathan and Lara Kent, came to the past on a mission to kill Lex Luthor before he destroys their present. They were eventually met by Luthor's newest attempt at making Superman, the Eradicator, and ended up fighting for their lives. In the process, Supergirl was almost killed.
Not only did they fail to take out Luthor, but the Eradicator stole the time-watch Jonathan was wearing. Now he’s free to roam the timestream. Plus, as time goes on, he’s getting smarter and physically evolving. And with time in his hands, he can become smarter and stronger than anything we’ve seen.
At the end of the episode, Clark Kent says he knows how to get his powers back. With the help of Bizarro Superman, he ventures to the Fortress of Solitude. Before he can get answers, Bizarro is mind-controlled by the keepers within the fortress and attacks Clark.

What to expect in the next episode of My Adventures with Superman
The preview for the next episode of My Adventures with Superman shows us that Clark Kent will be forced to earn his powers back. If he’s worthy, he will be the Man of Steel again. And while we all know that Clark will regain his god-like abilities, I don’t think it will happen just by completing the trial.
In stories like this, the hero learns that they had the strength within them all along; it just was their insecurities holding them back. Yes, this is cliché. However, if it’s done right, it won’t matter to the fans. Seeing as My Adventures with Superman hasn’t let viewers down yet, it’s a safe bet that things will continue to be amazing even if we see them coming.
There are just two episodes of this season of My Adventures with Superman so you can bet that they will both be major ones. With that in mind, sit back, relax, and prepare for the Man of Steel's epic return.
