In the previous episode of Peacemaker season 2, Christopher Smith was almost caught by A.R.G.U.S. agents and Judomaster. On top of that, eagle hunter, Red St. Wild, almost killed Eagly. If it wasn’t for Economos, he would have succeeded. However, Economos may have made things worse. Red St. Wild became more obsessed with killing Eagly now that he believes it is he fabled primal eagle.

After Judomaster and Red St. Wild failed, Rick Flag Sr. goes to the one person he knows can get Chris, Emilia Harcourt. After telling Harcourt that Amanda Waller black-booked her, Flag offers her a place on A.R.G.U.S. All she has to do is find out where Peacemaker is and set up a trap. The episode ends with Christopher Smith on his way to meet Harcourt. The question is whether or not he’s walking into a trap.

But what will go down when they do cross paths? If you'd like to find out, here's when you can expect the next episode of Peacemaker to make its presence felt on screens.

What to expect in Peacemaker season 2 episode 5

The trailer for the next episode shows viewers Christopher Smith asking Emilia Harcourt the question we’ve wanted to know: Does she have feelings for him in the way he does for her? Regardless of how she answers, their worlds are about to change.

If she says yes, then he has a reason to stay in his home dimension. The problem is, we all know that Emilia loves Chris. That means there’s no way she'll tell him the truth. She wants him to stay safe. The only way that happens is if he leaves for the other universe. However, as the trailer shows, Chris is taken into custody by Rick Flag Sr., but also that Chris and Eagly are on their way to start a new life. So, does that mean that moment was interrupted by Peacemaker being captured?

Viewers can guess that Peacemaker will leave to start a new life in the other world, but does he do it after escaping A.R.G.U.S. or with the help of Emilia Harcourt, Economos, and the rest of his crew? Stay tuned to Bam Smack Pow to find out.
