PlayStation is known for creating high-quality video games that, more often than not, are remembered as fantastic experiences acclaimed by players worldwide. Over the years, we've had a great amount of different adventures initially released exclusively on PlayStation consoles, ranging from racing simulators all the way to action RPGs. With a great selection of titles to choose from, it's the perfect time to determine which one of them can be crowned as the best.

Before we rank the best 10 PlayStation exclusives ever made, we need to clarify two things. First, most of the games we're going to talk about are now available on PC as well. However, given that they originally launched only on PlayStation consoles and it wasn't until years later that finally changed, we're still counting them in.

Second, and most importantly, for as much as we'd like to have all five main Uncharted games on this list, we'll be limiting entries to one title per saga. That means we, unfortunately, won't be having both The Last of Us and The Last of Us: Part ll in this ranking at the same time. Instead, we'll pick the best title out of every franchise so that there's enough room for a greater selection of games.

With that in mind, it's time for a few honorable mentions:

1. Detroit: Become Human

Detroit: Become Human features a complex narrative where the player's choices matter more than you can imagine. Make a wrong decision, and key characters can be out of the picture for the rest of the campaign. The game features three different protagonists and stories that, eventually, intertwine to make for one of the best narratives in any modern game.

2. Death Stranding

A bizarre and unique adventure helmed by Hideo Kojima, Death Stranding is unlike any other video game on this list. Its emphasis on walking as a means of traversal and confusing story may not be for everyone to enjoy. But its creative use of multiplayer components and beautiful landscapes make it a memorable adventure that gained enough success to secure a follow-up in the coming years.

3. inFamous: Second Son

Feeling like playing an exhilarating superhero game outside of the umbrella of Marvel or DC? Well, then inFamous: Second Son is the right choice for you. The game shines due to its amazing traversal and combat system that gives players four different sets of superpowers to either wreak havoc or save the day. Sucker Punch Productions delivered big time with this amazing adventure that's still remembered to this very date, even if it was originally released in 2013 (more than ten years ago, now).

4. Sackboy: A Big Adventure

Most PlayStation exclusives are targeted towards teenagers or even a mature audience. So to shake things up a bit, let's talk about Sackboy: A Big Adventure. This 3D platformer is filled with a top-notch level design across the entirety of its campaign and difficult challenges for players of all ages to beat. Besides, its local and online multiplayer component makes it a really fun game to experience with family and friends.

Now that we're set and ready to go, here are the best 10 PlayStation exclusives ever made:
