For just over 40 years, the WWE has astonished the world. It has taken some of the best athletic performers in the world, given them a platform, and put on hundreds of entertaining matches. There are even people without peak athleticism who have gone on to have elite careers.

As time has gone on, the product and competitors have evolved. Hulk Hogan's “Immortal” leg drop used to be the most devastating move. Now it’s something done off the top ropes and onto tables. The big guys can fly, the women are putting on matches better than the guys, and awe-inspiring moves continue to be invented. It's a fantastic time to be a wrestling fan.

The 2024 road to WrestleMania is officially underway. Now is the perfect time to jump on. Unfortunately, some people may not know much about the WWE or wrestling in general. Things like storylines, the psychology of wrestling, and more may be lost to new fans. That’s why I’m here.

This writer is going to give you ten matches to watch that help exemplify what sports entertainment is. It would be easy to put any of The Undertaker's matches on this list. In his 30-year career, he’s never had a bad one. Instead, let’s look at other wrestlers and performances.
