2. Enmu (Lower Moon One)

Let us shine the spotlight our not-so-beloved villain, Enmu, who snags the second spot in our "Most Disliked Characters" parade. Now, why, you might wonder, does Enmu enjoy this rather dubious honor? I'd say he definitely does.

Imagine you and your friends are all aboard the Mugen Train, expecting maybe some scenic views and a snack cart, but instead, you get a ticket to nightmare town, courtesy of Enmu. As the conductor of chaos, Enmu's got this freaky hobby of weaving dreams that are too good to be true, only to flip the script and turn them into bone-chilling nightmares.

And that's just his warm-up act.

Enmu isn't your garden-variety villain who's out to rule the world or win a trophy for the evilest laugh. Oh no, he's in it for the kicks, relishing the despair and fear he conjures in the hearts of his victims. Imagine being trapped in your happiest memory, only to find it twisted into your worst fear - that's Enmu's signature move. His sadistic streak runs deeper than the Mariana Trench, and it's this love for psychological torment that really gets under people's skin. Watching our beloved Demon Slayer crew fight tooth and nail against Enmu's mind games on the Mugen Train not only had us on the edge of our seats but also had us wishing we could jump through the screen and give his incredibly punchable face a piece of our mind.

In the grand scheme of things, Enmu's brand of villainy is the kind that sticks with you, like a bad dream you just can't shake, earning him a well-deserved silver medal in the "Thanks, I Hate It" Olympics.
