7. Connor Hawke (DC's Legends of Tomorrow)

Worn by: Joseph David-Jones

The first season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow surprised audiences with a trip to Star City 2046. The episode featured a post-apocalyptic-like city in ruins overrun by Deathstroke 2.0 until a young Green Arrow stepped up to stop him. Meet John Diggle, Jr. (a.k.a. Connor Hawke).

Connor donned a completely different Green Arrow suit unlike any of the others we had seen. In fact, it looked more like body armor than a suit, offering up what was perhaps the most convincing Kevlar-lined jacket we had seen at that point. It also provided it with a flatter look than the suits Oliver wore, and that's actually pretty cool as it went a long way in differentiating itself from the others. The mask looked a little chunkier, which was a bit unnecessary, but when worn with the hood, it looked much better.

We don't really get the chance to see this one outside of the grim, flame-lit environment of Star City 2046, so we can't really rank it any higher, but Connor Hawke's Green Arrow suit helped him stand out from the crowd.

6. Spectre (Arrow season 8)

Worn by: Stephen Amell

When Oliver Queen became someone else, something else in the Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, he evolved into the being known as the Spectre. With that, his season 8 Arrow suit got an upgrade of sorts, with an unearthly, raggedy cloak draping itself around him. And with that, he was ready to battle the Anti-Monitor.

It was interesting trying to find a place for this outfit on the list. On one hand, it wasn't really a Green Arrow suit and on the other, it was an extension of the Arrow season 8 suit; but it wouldn't have felt right to exclude it given how important it was to Oliver Queen's journey. It also felt like a convincing suit for a supernatural force like The Spectre to wear.
