Sara Lance / White Canary

Those of you who just watched Arrow might be shocked to see Sara Lance ranking above Oliver Queen, but those who watched DC's Legends of Tomorrow certainly aren't. The White Canary is a survivor, having to overcome grief, heartache, and even death itself (many, many times) throughout her time in the Arrowverse, but she ultimately succeeded in doing that, coming out the other end of it that much stronger.

Like Oliver, Sara is an expert hand-to-hand combatant, with years of training in the League of Assassins under the guidance of Ra's and Nyssa Al Ghul literally turning her into a master assassin. She's also a highly skilled swordswoman and markswoman and a pro at wielding other weapons such as knives and bo-staffs (never get into a fight with her if she has a bo-staff... or, like, in general either). She knows a thing or two about archery too (although it's not her forte) and she can defeat the most esteemed of opponents without even breaking a sweat.

This would be the part where I'd tell you that Sara has no super powers, but the sixth season of Legends has changed that, as the character became a human/alien hybrid clone that is, quite literally, incapable of dying. That's a neat little trick for a tenured survivor like her and it ensures that the timeline will be safe from any threat who means to do it harm. Survivor Sara Lance is unrelenting, and now so is her body.

While the clone reveal was divisive among the fans, there is no denying that Legends thought outside the box on that one.
