Captain America (all of them)

Steve Rogers is the most recognizable Captain America because he's the first and debuted in the 1940s. Since then, Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson, and even the Punisher have called themselves Captain America (the latter may not be official). The one thing they all have in common is the red, white, and blue color scheme. The good thing is the design changes depending on the character and their personality.

Bucky Barnes’ costume was mostly black. His flag was formed in a triangle on his chest. Frank's was dark blue with a star on his mask, hints of red around it, and a skull on the chest. Sam Wilson’s design had a lot of white on his chest that formed wings. Over the years, the design has changed but they still looked like wings. When a new person becomes Cap, the suit will change again.

In Avengers Forever No. 12, there was a Cap from a world where he was a knight. He had chainmail with an eagle, a star on his chest, and a red sword. There was also a version of him that had claws like Wolverine. Of course, he doesn't wear sleeves and has a nasty attitude. Nevertheless, the color scheme remained. The design changes depending on the character and their personality, but Captain America will always wear the same colors.
