Secret Invasion was one of the most hyped Marvel releases of the year, and for many fans, it didn't disappoint. The new MCU show is one of the best superhero shows of the year, and it's a much deeper dive into the world of Nick Fury for what feels like the first time in a long time, if ever.

In the series, Nick Fury works with Talos, who we last saw in Captain Marvel, to stop a faction of Skrulls who have embedded themselves within society and are planning to take over Earth. Fury and Talos try to stop them, but it comes with significant losses and consequences.

We can go back and forth about Secret Invasion's quality, what it means to the overall MCU story, and all that, but if you just look at this show for what it is, it's an entertaining binge-watch on Disney+.

Secret Invasion season 2 is not happening on Disney+, but the events of the series loom larger in the MCU. If you missed Secret Invasion when it hit Disney+ in the summer of 2023, you can watch it righ tnow.
