6. Secret Invasion final battle

Secret Invasion might not have soared to the usual Marvel heights, but it certainly didn't crash land either (well, I guess it depends on who you talk to). This show ventured into uncharted territory, diving into the darker chapters of Nick Fury's story within the MCU and combining it with a twisty Avengers-centric plot. It was like an espionage thriller that tried something different, using beloved characters from the MCU to make it happen.

Audiences also got a closer look into the world of Skrulls, with Ben Mendelsohn reprising his role as Talos, which was a huge treat for fans. However, the spotlight was stolen by Emilia Clarke's character, G'iah. Her character, supercharged by Gravik's Super Skrull technology and a sprinkle of hero DNA, blossomed into a remarkable new addition to the MCU's ever-expanding roster.

While the final battle ultimately had some CGI issues, it was quite the visual moment, highlighting what G'iah was capable of. Secret Invasion might not have been everyone's cup of tea, but Marvel ensured that everyone would be talking about it after this.
