17 Marvel heroes who better make an appearance in the next Avengers movie

While it's unclear what will bring the Avengers together next on the big screen now that Kang's future is up in the air, what we do know is that these 17 Marvel heroes better be making their Avengers debuts when the time comes.

14. Hercules

You can't tap a talent such as Brett Goldstein to play an iconic comic character and then just toss them to the side like Marvel has basically done. Since Goldstein's debut as Hercules in the post-credit scene of Thor: Love and Thunder there has been no word of what the future holds for Goldstein, but it should include a role in the upcoming Avengers movies.

Hercules is a long-time Avenger in the comics and while he might have been introduced as a potential adversary for Thor, but the pair actually have a strong friendship in the comics and their rivalry is more of a friendly rivalry about who is stronger than an actual rivalry. While it's unknown whether Chris Hemsworth will be a part of the next Avengers movies, we can't think of anything more exciting than getting to see Hercules and Thor fighting alongside one another as members of the Avengers roster.

13. Adam Warlock

Adam Warlock might not have been able to join the Avengers in their battle against Thanos, but now that he's officially made his MCU debut there's no reason he can't join the Avengers in their battle against whatever new foe will be lurking around the corner. Fans finally got to see the character make hsi MCU debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and now that he's turned hero, what better way to follow his stint on the Guardians team than by becoming an offical Avenger.

12. Black Knight

Eternals managed to introduce many new heroes including Dane Whitman who eventually takes up the Black Knight mantel. This journey was teased in the post-credit sequence in which Dane comes in contact with the Ebony Blade, but there have been no updates since the film's release.

We still don't know what the future holds for Dane and whether we'll even get to see him again, but it would be a true same to squander the potential of the character. Black Knight is such an incredible character and it would be amazing to see his story finally developed within the MCU. Even better would be seeing him fighting alongside the Avengers on the big screen as part of yet another ensemble project.

11. Cassie Lang

Following her introduction in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Cassie Lang seems primed to take on a larger role in the MCU, specifically when it comes to the Young Avengers team Marvel seems to be working to assemble.

We got a taste for just how amazing the trio of Ant-Man, the Wasp, and Stature is and we'd love to see more of the trio. We can't wait to see Cassie team up alongside the young Avengers in a potential Young Avengers project, but we also want to see Cassie getting her chance to fight alongside her dad and the rest of the Avengers in the forthcoming Avengers film.
