Following the massive success that was Deadpool and Wolverine that granted rite of passage for some Fox X-Men characters to venture into the ever expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe, we can finally see the Merc with a Mouth let loose and interact with our favorite heroes and villains. In this third chapter of Deadpool’s story we saw him finally interact with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, but he wasn't the only character he crossed paths with.

Jennifer Garner’s Elektra, Wesley Snipes’ Blade, Channing Tatum’s Gambit and even Chris Evans’ Johnny Storm all interacted with the titular duo in some truly unforgettable moments.

However, now that Deadpool is in the MCU officially we can surely expect to see him interact with many more characters. Here’s a few who he could possibly meet along the way…

She-Hulk

Just as Deadpool does, Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk, is also known to break the fourth wall as seen most recently in her series She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. Actress Tatiana Maslany is known for her comedic timing and dramatic acting as well. She would be an excellent on-screen partner for Ryan Reynolds’s Deadpool.

Both Deadpool and She-Hulk are very powerful characters with similar sarcastic humors and tones. Seeing them break the fourth wall together would be interesting with a potential to make more jokes and commentary on what’s going on in the MCU and get even more meta than it has ever been done before.

Scarlet Witch and Agatha Harkness

Now this would be very interesting. In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness we saw the Scarlet Witch break the fourth wall in a very menacing manner and Agatha Harkness is also known to have broken the fourth wall (in WandaVision, as well in the comics). Wanda Maximoff’s statue appeared in Deadpool and Wolverine when the film took us to The Void. It was of course a very quick and short tease but it was more than enough to get Wanda stans hungry and eager for more Scarlet Witch on the big screen.

Perhaps in a future project Deadpool could come across Wanda and even Agatha and perhaps learn how they tie into The Void. Also Wanda could make for a interesting battle against Deadpool as seeing it would be a challenging fight for Wanda since Deadpool is immune to her mind controlling abilities and has his spectacular healing factor so any physical attack on him would be useless.

Thor

In Deadpool and Wolverine we saw a glimpse of a touching moment with Thor holding Deadpool in what seems to be the aftermath of a big fight. Both actors Ryan Reynolds and Chris Hemsworth have teased that they knew the reason behind this emotional moment. Perhaps a post fight scene from Avengers: Secret Wars? Or maybe the next chapter in the Deadpool films or even the potential fifth Thor film?

Both Chris Hemsworth and Ryan Reynolds brilliant comedic actors who know when to turn on the dramatics as well. We can only speculate what could have caused Thor to be crying over a very bruised Deadpool.

Ms. Marvel

This pairing would be MCU gold! Having mega fan girl Kamala Khan a.k.a. Ms. Marvel gush about the Avengers to Deadpool would be hilarious. Deadpool and Ms. Marvel both gush about other heroes but in very different tones. Wade would probably see Kamala as a little sister and perhaps have a similar connection to her in the way he has with Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend Yukio.

Meanwhile, Ms. Marvel could fit in well with X-23, NTW and Yukio along with the Young Avengers, and Deadpool could be the unserious chaperone on of their early missions. That would be very entertaining to say the least.

Spider-Man

Lastly, the team up to end all team ups would be to finally see Deadpool and Spider-Man together in live-action. Deadpool has a deep admiration for Spider-Man and although they don’t always agree on everything they have teamed up a number of times in the comics. Seeing Ryan Reynolds and Tom Holland face off in the style of Deadpool and Wolverine would be fantastic!

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is easily one of the more popular characters in the MCU and to have Deadpool interact with him and team up with him would be a treat. The jokes would write themselves and the action scenes would look phenomenal as they could balance off each others skills and combine forces.

Having Deadpool join the MCU opens up worlds of possibilities given how the character is known to be and those are just some of them. It would be great if Marvel brought some of them to life.
