6. She-Hulk: Attorney At Law

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law is a breath of fresh air that offers up something different to the world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It also justified its existence as a Disney Plus TV series; this isn't a story that could have been told in a movie. While fellow MCU installments like Loki or The Falcon and the Winter Soldier could have worked as movies, She-Hulk was designed to be enjoyed by TV viewers and it was.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely that Jennfer Walters will return for another round of adventures. While rumors of potential second seasons for multiple Marvel shows have been doing the rounds over the past few months, reports of She-Hulk's cancellation have also made their way around the internet. But why was one of the best examples of the TV part of Marvel TV the show that might have gotten cancelled?

Tatiana Maslany herself suggested that Disney won't renew it for budgetary reasons, as making nine episodes of a sitcom about a CGI green Hulk is expensive. Similarly, Marvel is said to be taking less risks going forward and focusing only on properties that are guaranteed to be successful; and a second season of She-Hulk would likely be a risk given the budget.

That's unfortunate because, again, of all the Marvel TV shows produced for this Disney Plus era, She-Hulk is the one that actually felt like it could have had a longer shelf-life. Sitcoms are designed to last for years, and the format of this one definitely would have afforded it multiple seasons. And with some of the MCU fans expecting more to actually happen in each of the episodes, the audiences just might not have connected in the way Marvel hoped.

The character of She-Hulk is expected to return before the end of the Multiverse Saga, but the legal dramedy She-Hulk: Attorney At Law has seemingly come to an earlier-than-hoped conclusion.
