It's official, Marvel has found its Fantastic Four! Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn will star as the title heroes in the upcoming film which remains on track for its 2025 release!

After months of speculation, Marvel confirmed the casting of Pascal, Kirby, Moss-Bachrach, and Quinn in its highly anticipated series film on Valentine's Day with a comic book-inspired poster. In the stunning art, we see the foursome come together to don the signature baby blue hue associated with Marvel's first family as a Valentine's Day gift to fans.

The poster offers up our first look at Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Kirby as the Invisible Woman, Quinn as the Human Torch, and Moss-Bachrach as The Thing:

While not exactly surprising as the four actors had long been rumored to be cast in the film, finally getting confirmation from Marvel of the casting decision was an unexpected and welcome surprise to fans who are thrilled with the choices Marvel has made in casting the upcoming film.

In addition to announcing the cast for the film, Marvel also confirmed that the movie is still on track to be released on July 25, 2025. Of course, with the writers' and actors' strikes of 2023, there had been some concern as to whether the movie could be pushed back but it seems like Marvel Studios is still on track to release the film next summer where it is sure to become one of the year's biggest films.

One surprise Marvel did throw fans' way is a title change for the movie. Instead of simply calling the film Fantastic Four, it appears the movie will now be titled The Fantastic Four with Marvel Entertainment debuting a stylized new logo on X (formerly Twitter), moments after confirming the cast:

With The Fantastic Four cast now confirmed, Marvel is pushing ahead with production on the film underway as the studio works to bring the first family of Marvel into the MCU. What is going to be interesting is to see whether DC or Marvel will blink and adjust their release date as each studio is poised to drop a major film in July.

Marvel will be releasing The Fantastic Four on July 25 which is just two weeks after DC is set to kick off its new DC Universe with the release of Superman: Legacy on July 11. Should both studios keep their planned dates, July could prove to be a massive year for superhero fans with two of the most anticipated new superhero films both making their way to the big screens just weeks apart!
