3. Todd Phelps

When we first met Todd Phelps in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, we just thought he was intolerable. Finding out that he was actually a supervillain was surprising at first, but the more we learned about him, the more it all made sense.

A billionaire who despises the fact that the world is now full of superpowered people, particularly women, who he doesn't believe deserves the superpowers they were given, he makes it his mission to complain about them online. Thus, he decides to start an online hate group called Intelligencia that targets and harasses She-Hulk. He also went on a date with Jennifer Walters just to get more information about the Jade Giant.

Misogynistic, disrespectful, and odious in every way imaginable, Todd was designed to be unlikable. A spoiled, entitled narcissist, Marvel Studios understood the assignment with him, because just listening to him talk about himself made you want to press mute, fast forward, or leave the room. Yes, he was a very weak character but that was entirely the point. He was the worst, and the harassment he instigated against Jen was disgusting.

What an absolutely trash human being Todd is. The only reason he isn't higher is that he isn't as well-known to wider audiences as these next characters.
