The third and last character that makes up the Cam Trifecta, Penny, secures the third spot on my list for several compelling reasons. Penny's unique blend of attributes makes her incredible and fascinating. Firstly, she's not just any character - she's a marvel of technology, a synth, robot, with a soul. This gives her an edge in battles as she combines the precision and resilience of a machine with the warmth and adaptability of the human spirit. Imagine a warrior who can tirelessly execute combat strategies with robotic efficiency and yet possess a heart that understands the nuances of human emotions. That's my Penny! Her arsenal includes retractable swords, lasers, and the ability to fly, making her not just a combatant but a spectacle to behold in battle.

In season 8, Penny is turned from a robot into a real girl by the magic of a being called Ambrosius. Now, as a real girl, she loses her lasers and any kind of advantage her former robot frame gave her, but don't fret. She also becomes the Winter Maiden - which means she absorbs the powers of the previous Winter Maidens and is able to mercilessly unleash them on enemies. Picture Penny, surrounded by adversaries, effortlessly manipulating and turning the environment itself into a weapon. Her Winter Maiden's powers mean she can strategically use her surroundings to her advantage, creating impromptu shields or launching surprise attacks by creating a blizzard-like environment. However, her real superpower is to have the biggest heart in Remnant as she ultimately sacrifices herself so Cinder won't get her Winter Maiden powers instead of her proper successor, Winter Schee, and destroy Atlas even more.
