Saitama returns! One Punch season 3 is confirmed! (Here's what we know)

Guess what?! One Punch Man season 3 is finally on its way! (And we know we've said this a lot, but this time, it's for real!)

Earlier today, the anime's studio, J.C Staff, released a brand spanking new teaser trailer depicting everything that's to come in the upcoming season. We have a lot to sift through and unpack, which is why we're here to break down the most talked about teaser trailer of the week as well as fill you in on when the highly anticipated season may come your way!

Garou is going all out this season!

Garou has always been on a mission to find the strongest and beat them to prove that he is the real strongest. However, after many setbacks, including strong handling from Saitama, the true unsung hero of this hero-filled society, he's even hungrier to settle the score.

Now with stronger foes rising from every corner, Garou is willing to push himself to the limit to prove to himself that he has no limits. But how far is too far? And will Garou ever find what he's looking for?

Our arms are filled with goosebumps, especially because we know that this season is going to exceed our expectations in every way possible. Safe to say, we're not the only ones who feel this way!

Underneath the official Twitter announcement, fans didn't hesitate to express their excitement toward this long overdue news that One Punch Man is back and better than ever!

"IF IM DREAMING DON'T WAKE ME UP," one comment read, while another expressed the same sentiment, stating, "REAL ANIME RETURNS".

One comment even wrote an entire paragraph full of how excited they were about what was to come, stating, "OH S--T I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS, ANIMATION ALREADY LOOKS BETTER THAN SEASON 2 HOLY F--K JC STAFF BETTER COOK UP A HOT MEAL AND DO THE MANGA JUSTICE OPM HAS THE BEST ART IN ANY MANGA IV'E READ OTHER THAN MAYBE BERSERK PLEASE DO IT JUSTICE."

If the all-caps didn't give it away, fans are willing to wait as long as they. have to for this new season. But how long will that likely take?

Season 3 may come as soon as late Winter 2024!

In a perfect world, we would receive One Punch Man season 3 as soon as April 2024 since that's when the sophomore season was released. However, we're expecting the upcoming season to follow the same route as the very first season and release sometime in October 2024.

A later release date for this anime will give production (and fans) more than enough time to prepare. Even so, the final release date depends on J.C Staff!
