24. Batman Arkham City's suit pod makes a return

Remember how at the very beginning of Batman: Arkham City Bruce asks Alfred to drop him a bat suit? Then a bat-pod containing said cargo flies across the sky and lands close to DC's greatest detective for him to change outfits. Well, turns out another version of that pod can be seen in the Hall of Justice at the starting hours of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

25. Knockout, another Suicide Squad member, is here

Another DC character that's named in one of the many ads scattered throughout Metropolis is Knockout. The super-strengthed villain worked in the Boom Boom Room as an exotic dancer before Amanda Waller recruited her to be part of Task Force X. We have the feeling this is just referencing said villain instead of teasing her as a future playable character. However, this advertising flyer succeeds in making us feel like the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League takes place in a grander DC universe.

26. Zatanna makes a magical appearance

Speaking of easter eggs featuring iconic characters, players can see multiple billboards that feature none other than Zatanna herself. The superpowered magician is famous for appearing in multiple DC groups such as the Justice League Dark and even the Justice League itself. Besides, this isn't the first part she has appeared in the Batman: Arkham Saga, since there were billboards of her as well present in Batman: Arkham Origins.

27. Aquaman is name-dropped

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Green Lantern aren't the only superheroes that exist in the Arkham-verse. There's a conversation between Harley Quinn and King Shark where the former asks what's Aquaman like, to which the latter responds he's sick of everyone being impressed by how the King of Atlantis can communicate with fish, yet no one praises how he can talk to humans.

So where was Aquaman during Brainiac's invasion? Will we ever see him in future expansions of the game? Only time will tell.
