8. The Flash

Shocking, said no one at all. The Flash had so much potential when it was announced years ago and there was a lot of excitement about the idea of DC telling the Flashpoint storyline. Unfortunately, time was not kind to the film.

The Flash faced several delays and was plagued with controversy due to the actions Ezra Miller took which found the actor playing the title character at the heart of several scandals. Despite the trouble that followed Miller, DC stuck with the star which was one of their first major mistakes as it turned many off of the project.

Then came the end of the DCEU. How were fans supposed to get excited for a Flashpoint story knowing DC was preparing for a reboot of the franchise? These were just a few factors in the movie’s underperformance at the box office but it didn’t help that the movie also just wasn’t good.

The cameos were underwhelming. The special effects were atrocious. And the movie as a whole was just lacking with the only positives coming from the movie being the return of Michael Keaton as Batman and the debut of Sasha Calle as Supergirl.

Sadly not even they could save the movie which is why The Flash comes in at the bottom of the list.
