The Orville and 3 TV shows we might never see again

Call us pessimistic, but we have a very bad feeling we might never see The Orville and these particular TV shows back again.

Ted Lasso

This one is hard to include as Ted Lasso is a personal favorite, but the sad reality is we've likely seen the last of Apple TV+'s Emmy-winning comedy.

All throughout the third season of the show, there was a lot of speculation that the season was intended to be its last. Season 3 seemed to bring an end to the story the show initially set out to tell with the season 3 finale feeling very series finale-esque. Sure the final episode of season 3 left the door open for more stories to be told, but the episode brought a conclusion to many of the show's biggest storylines and felt like a fitting conclusion to the show.

As painful as it is to think of a world without new Ted Lasso episodes, there is something special about a show that is able to go out on top and doesn't overstay its welcome. This show told a beautiful story over the course of its three seasons and if season 3 was truly the end, which we believe it was, the world is a better place for having been gifted with the 34 episodes it did.

And who knows, maybe the show will live on via a spinoff as the finale definitely set more than a few up.
