Oz Cobb has made Gotham City his oyster. It was an unthinkable thing for him just two episodes ago, but HBO and Max series The Penguin has seen the Batman villain orchestrate a coup that none of the city's crime families have ever seen. It's in its early days yet, but the unlikely villain is thinking on his feet extremely quickly and there is no telling what he's going to do next.

The next part of that plan, however, does appear to involve Sofia Falcone, who he endeared himself to just one episode after she almost killed him over the death of her brother (who Oz did indeed kill). It's all part of his plan, which admittedly may be being made up as it goes along, but it's working for him.

The Penguin continues to impress and amaze just two weeks in, and it's only the beginning for the new kingpin of Gotham City. If you're ready to see what he does next in episode 3, here's when you can expect it (and what you can expect from it!).

Sofia Falcone aligns herself with Oz in episode 3

The second episode of The Penguin saw Sofia Falcone set a plan in motion with Oz Cobb in a bid to take over the Falcone dynasty as Gotham City's crime kingpins. What she doesn't realize is that the reason things have been going awry for the Falcone family in recent weeks was, indeed, him. And thus, her attempt to showcase her power might end up coming back to bite her.

Oz has become a bit of an accidental criminal mastermind. He has spent the series trying to cover his tracks after killing Alberto Falcone on impulse and that has never nearly gotten him in danger. But he has managed to use the tensions, which are running even higher than usual, to his advantage, reigniting a gang war between the Maronis and the Falcones.

He is at the heart of it, but he is also on the inside of the operations on both sides. His loyalties are seemingly with the Maronis for now, but after proving himself to Sofa, he might need to showcase his loyalty to her for a bit. But playing both sides is something that Oz does extremely well.

Will he be able to keep it up, and just how long will it be before Sofia catches onto what he is doing?
