Trailer for Venom: The Last Dance has been released and we're hyped.
Hold onto your symbiotes, folks, because the new trailer for Venom: The Last Dance is here, and it's taking us on a wild, final ride with Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock and his extraterrestrial BFF.
As the curtains prepare to close on this unexpected blockbuster saga, the trailer drops some tantalizing hints about what’s in store for our favorite anti-hero.
In true Venom fashion, the trailer doesn't shy away from the weird and the wild. Whether it's Venom going toe-to-toe with other symbiotes, dodging military attacks, or that unforgettable scene with the alien horse, there's no shortage of jaw-dropping moments. Fans can expect a mix of heart-pounding action, laugh-out-loud humor, and maybe even a few tear-jerking goodbyes as Eddie and Venom face their biggest challenges yet.
I do love that Venom rides off into the sunset on the weirdest, most nightmare-inducing horse imaginable. It’s as if someone crossed a demonic steed with an alien symbiote, and the result is both terrifying and oddly awesome. This horse alone might be worth the price of admission.
The trailer introduces us to some new faces – Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor. While their characters remain a mystery, it's clear they are military personnel on a mission to stop an alien invasion and study the symbiote. Temple and Ejiofor bring a fresh dynamic to the film, and their presence hints at high-stakes action and deep intrigue. As the symbiote saga continues, more creatures from Venom's home planet begin to pop up on Earth. This not only makes Venom a fugitive but also sets up an epic showdown between our anti-hero, other symbiotes, and the government. The trailer is packed with explosive action, intense chase scenes, and, of course, plenty of the dark humor we've come to love from Eddie and Venom's banter.
Kelly Marcel, who has been the creative brain behind all three Venom films, makes her directorial debut with The Last Dance. Marcel’s close collaboration with Hardy on the script promises a fitting and exciting conclusion to the trilogy. Filming for this movie was an adventure in itself, with production starting last June and then hitting a major pause due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike. Thankfully, the cameras rolled again in November, and now we're counting down the days until October 25, 2024.
So, gear up for a symbiote showdown like no other. Venom: The Last Dance is set to be the epic, bizarre, and thrilling conclusion that fans have been waiting for. Mark your calendars for October 25, 2024, because this is one ride you won’t want to miss. Get ready for Venom's final swing – it’s going to be a doozy.
