2. Women's Royal Rumble match

The Women's Royal Rumble match doesn't carry as much excitement as it used to, and there is a clear reason for that: WWE's apparent refusal to build new stars. As a result, much of the match is often spent waiting on the bigger names to enter. In the 2024 bout, that felt a little far and few between as Charlotte Flair was injured, Rhea Ripley was already a champion, and there weren't any legends taking part this time around. Thankfully, the ladies delivered in spite of that, showcasing the talent on this roster.

Bianca Belair and Bayley performed incredibly well, especially since they were in there so early. Meanwhile, it was nice to see NXT stars like Tiffany Stratton get to shine with some nice moments too. However, it never really felt like the match got going until Becky Lynch arrived, so it might have been wiser to have The Man enter a bit earlier.

The lack of interest from the crowd really hurt this one's flow. While the superstars involved put on a solid showing, the 48,000 inside the arena were so quiet that much of the match felt like it was dragging on a bit when it really wasn't.

Jade Cargill's debut was obviously an amazing moment too (that did being the crowd to life), as was Bayley's ultimate victory; all of which ensured the match ended on a high.
